Individual Professional Mentoring & Coaching

One-on-one coaching for individuals tasked with business continuity program implementation responsibilities and/or seeking to grow and develop as business continuity professionals.

Arlene also provides limited one-on-one career coaching to people seeking to change their line of work and work life-style, as well as emerging entrepreneurs and executive managers who are at a crossroad about their relationship to their work and ways to make it more rewarding for themselves and the people who work for them... oh, and the people that live with them on a day to day basis....

Individual coaching and mentorship engagements are based on a rate of $195 hour, based on a minimum of three month coaching engagement, and are comprised of a one-and-a-half hour or one hour per week consultation and range upward depending on your unique goals and coaching goals. We meet online or over the phone or, if sensible and cost-effective, in person. (Travel expenses may apply.)

This service is ideal for emerging professionals or entrepreneurs, whether directly responsible for business continuity roles in their business, building a new business or trying to figure out who they want to be when they grow up... assuming that growing up is a thing to which we aspire. (I prefer to think of it as growing OUT.)
